On behalf of a customer,

     When implementing the Gainsight NXT Custom Widget in SFDC, Admins only have the ability to show all of the sections, or one of the sections. For use cases where X number of sections is desired, so as to eliminate redundant information on a particular object in SFDC, Admins must configure extra layouts in Salesforce and/or Gainsight.

     It would be highly desirable if Admins were able have complete control over which sections they wish to display in the Gainsight NXT Custom Widget, by being able to pass multiple values to the “sectionName” attribute. 

     Please look into this with priority.

Yes this would be a nice feature! We use the NXT widget for our account managers in the SFDC Account object. Pages like “Open Opportunities” or “Cases” are noise rather than music to them. They already have that info at large available in Salesforce.

For now we have created a different C360 for our viewer license holders. That lay out only visualizes the pages with added value for the AM’s (Usage, Healthscore, Relationships...), . But the downside of this workaround is that it also affects the lay out of those working in the Gainsight app.
