There’s a user setting for where to log an email from GS Assist plug-in. As an org, we want our emails logging to Company, not to Relationship. However the default setting is for Relationship. There’s no way for us to change this from an Admin level, and instead need to instruct all users and any new users to configure their own settings in this way.
Please give admins the ability to set the default as Log Emails to Company.
