With the release of the Group Send feature (https://support.gainsight.com/gainsight_nxt/Email_Assist/Group_Send/User_Guide/Group_Send_User_Guide) we would like to request the ability to log emails to multiple customer timelines from the Gainsight Plugin for Outlook.
We have instances where we do Customer-to-Customer meetings or we have focus groups and we would like to log the meeting notes to multiple timelines with one click, vs. copy/pasting to multiple timelines.
This feature would save us time and ensure accurate meeting notes for all customers.
