Gsnap Expiration Notification

Since Gsnaps need an expiration date to create, it would be FANTASTIC to have a notification sent to Admins or the Gsnap creator at least 1-2 weeks before it expires. This way, if the gsnap is being used for outreaches, Admins have enough time to record and replace the video/content in the outreach.

Also - this should be an optional feature. There should be a check box when setting up the expiration date that says: "Notify admins before Gsnap expires?" Checking the box would send the notification out accordingly.

Makes sense to notify owners when links are about to expire. Do you have any scenarios where you'd prefer to have no expiry at all?

Ah, I see it now. Didn't filter Gsnap posts correctly last time. :)

I'll take this back to the team to figure out when we'd be able to pick this up. Would you be able to share more details on what types of outreaches/journeys you include Gsnaps (or other video assets) in? We're also looking into supporting directly embedding into email templates (through an exposed repository of videos) to make the whole process tighter. Happy to jump on a quick call too, if that'll be more effective!

Thanks!

Manu,

We have an outreach for our clients that have not logged into our app for a specific amount of time (depending on size). The outreach offers a free training from one of our CSMs to help them utilize their app more. We have a Gsnap in that email that's recorded by one of our CSM's inviting the client to reply to the email so they can meet with them for the free training. It's essentially used to drive usage and adoption.

We would like to use Gsnap a lot more in the future.
