We have a problem with JO programs that we are unable to report on the custom fields created and this means we have missing data when we need to report on survey results for example.
scenario… we have a CSAT survey and we created a customer field of service , then we need to report on the survey results by service type (from zendesk) , but we can’t do it.
is there any way to being able to report on customer fields from JO? and timeframe for this?
