Currently, global search only works when searching for an account or a relationship.
The idea here is to allow for more advanced search capabalities around Gainsight - e.g. search for a prodcut name and see everywhere teh product is being mentioned, etc.
This came up as a request from HPE

+3'Everywhere the Product is being mentioned' is a tad too broad, I think. Is the need around creating Product dashboards with details on Accounts/Relationships, Subscriptions, Survey responses, ratings, etc.? Or is it more about not having Relationships defined per Product? Happy to chat offline.
+3We would like to be able to optimize our search experience inside Gainsight. For example, we’ve created “Global Entities” as company records, which are essentially at a legal entity/logo level of a customer. We also work with customers all the way down to a site/factory plant location and therefore also have site locations as company records too.
As admins, we’d like to be able to “promote” or rank higher these global entities since they will be searched for more often.
We’d also like to have active company records ranked higher than inactive ones, etc.
There are many, many opportunities to improve the global search experience within Gainsight!
