Is there a way to have users use topic templates based on categories? I know Zendesk allows this feature and I would like to mimic and bring this user flow to our community.

Hello @Dkreiger I want to make sure I fully understand. Do you mean having a template of text when creating a topic? So for example when creating a KB article, some text is already filled?


@Marion Frecaut No, sorry. Ideally having another drop down of selecting which KB template is what we are looking for. Thus having the text populate on the topic description.
