We recently moved from Zendesk and Intercom to HubSpot to consolidate our ticket management system and CRM. It would be helpful to integrate with HubSpot Service Hub’s Knowledge Base similar to the Zendesk integration so we could continue to utilize that functionality.
This really needs to happen.
We’re using Gainsight PX, but all of our Knowledge Base and Support information currently lives in our HubSpot portal. If we want customers to use the Knowledge Center Bot to search for answers, they won’t be able to unless we either move our KB to a different platform for an integration.
Right now, the Knowledge Center Bot is effectively blocked from serving content because it can’t access HubSpot directly.
