Move published article back to draft

Thanks for this idea and the use cases shared here; the ability to unpublish without deleting is a clear gap. I’m taking a note on the edit/update Publish Date too ​@atwhite 

We're moving this into discovery as part of broader content lifecycle improvements, which includes scheduling and publish state management. We'll keep this thread updated as we learn more.
