This is an extention of the Idea here :

 

Our Excellence CSMs manage 100s of customers and are involved in multi-account events like 1-many sessions or office hours. Creating a timeline entry is a gargantuan tasks when the attendance is 5+ accounts. As they need to go to each account, copy paste the same notes, select interaction type etc.

Is it possible for such scenarios where

  1. CSM chooses “Office Hours” template, that pre-fills all standard fields
  2. They then paste the email address of attendees (like how you paste in outlook) and it resolves to Person records. They can obviously remove the ones not there OR Gainsight can add them as persons?!!
  3. They paste the notes from the call
  4. Hit Save
  5. Now in the backend the timeline is segregated by Company record (grouping contacts from that company) and each company will have individual timeline entries!!

I know one time line entry you can associate to multiple accounts, but its not the same when you are trying to track customer engagement via the contact.

The productivity increase in this feature will be astronomical for 1:N CSMs.
