Customer wants a timeline entry for product audit. In that audit, there will be multiple products that will be audited. How can they mark more than one product in the dropdown that shows up if there is no multi-select picklist option?

+4Is there any update on this? It would be really nice to have because it would help us not have to create a bunch of extra fields to document certain meeting types.

It is currently targeted for Q3. Once our prioritisation process is complete, we’ll have a better idea of when this might get picked up. I will update once this gets picked up.
Happy to share the news, multi-select dropdown fields support in timeline is planned to be available from the upcoming October release.
