It’s great that we now have a new points based Leaderboard, the option to modify points given for different activities, and the ability to exclude some user types from it.
Next, I’d really like to see a view of the complete Leaderboard. It could be end-user facing, but a moderator view would also suffice. We need to know who our most active users are (sometimes, that’s top 10, sometimes it’s top 30, etc.) along with their total points and last login date.
I’m also interested in having an Employee-only Leaderboard, as well as customer member board. This would help support internal contests to encourage employee engagement. And finally, I’d like to be able to select last 30 days, last 90 days, last 1 year, or a custom date range to understand participation and points earned. All of these options are important for rewarding engagement, making it easier to manage contests, quickly identify most active users and invite them to opportunities, etc.
