Positive reinforcement should help drive engagement and desired user behaviors. 

Additionally, those who see these notifications may be influenced to adopt the feature more themselves (the insights from this feature would be valuable, but it almost never used by our users)

I don’t expect this to be a high priority idea, so I wanted to note that this could be made possible (for those of us who want to do it) if these two ideas with broader use cases were delivered:
