Please add "Last Browser" and "Last Browser Version" to the available filters in PX Analytics

Posting on behalf of a customer….

 

Please add "Last Browser" and "Last Browser Version" to the available filters for Audience Explorer, Dashboards, Adoption Explorer, etc. within PX Analytics.  We need to be able to easily report on these users in PX and the “Browser usage” Dashboard widget does not allow us to see the underlying user/account records.

You cannot currently filter users/accounts by these “Last Browser” fields.  PX records the "last browser" and "last browser version" for each user, so it can change often for some users.  The best way to see this and get a full filtered list of users/accounts would be to export your full Users to a CSV from Audience Explorer and then filter it in your spreadsheet program (e.g. MS Excel).

    @link_black There are many attributes that we’re missing in this filter criteria one of the customers has requested Account.Number of users, Account.Number of Visitors,User.Number of visits, User. Score etc.
    Instead of export CSV, it would be great if we get these filters in UI.

      We are retiring IE support in our applications and need to know which customers are still using IE.  The current audience explorer makes this impossible because of the limitations in filtering and exporting to CSV.  Because the letter I is in the middle of the alphabet and Chrome is the predominant browser, I am unable to even get close to the letter I going page by page.  We have over 30k-60k results.

        Anything related to browsers is critical for us in the coming months as we also do a full-court press to remove IE support!
