Question. Is it possible to report on the "Drafts" in Timeline by User? [Email to Timeline]

The request to be able to create a report on Timeline Activities within a Draft Status has been requested 4 years ago.  Any update on when the enhancement request can be added to the Roadmap?  

As John and others stated, “this can create a lot of churn if they are not seeing emails they tagged on the accounts because they are sitting in a Draft state.”

Dan Ahern stated: in the meantime, you can ask Gainsight support for this data and they can run a report for you.

If Gainsight Support can capture the data - then the data should be available within a Gainsight report assessable to all Gainsight Users.

My organization also requires the functionality to be able as an admin to report on, audit and update all timeline entires that are currently in draft across our instance. 

Would be great to have it indeed! CSMs have bazillion of engagements logged in draft, so at least we could add it to their dashboard for them to action :)

We understand the ask. That said, with auto-logging of emails and meetings now available, we expect manual draft creation and the hygiene challenges around Drafts to decline over time — which is why this isn't on our near-term roadmap.

We'd like a quick gut check: is draft management still a pain point for your team? If yes, would basic reporting at the user level to view their own drafts address the need?
