Rank icon in Ideation and Product Updates modules

We have a custom role and rank icon for employees which has been very handy in the forum to indicate when an answer is coming from staff. But the rank icons do not show in the Ideas area. This makes it difficult to differentiate between a comment left by a customer and one left by staff.

We want to make it clear to customers that they are hearing directly from our product team!

I would also like to add that in my opinion rank titles are as important as rank icons, so I’d like to see them also in Ideation :relaxed:

@janina.woita Can you give us an ideas of where this is on the roadmap? Its causing some real confusion for our community members. We just launched Ideas this month and the PM’s have to keep introducing themselves in each idea.
