Rank icon in Ideation and Product Updates modules

Rally looking forward to this update! We have had people accidentally reach out to people thinking they were customers giving us ideas, when really they were our own employees! This would be so helpful! 

Us, too! We've recently implemented Product Updates, and users are finding it confusing to recognise when one of our moderators is responding to them versus another customer

We had our own members submit this idea as they mentioned it would be extremely helpful when checking for updates from the org. Kind of what we see on the back end would be ideal. That way our members can hit “control F” when searching for org responses. 

Hi all! We have just added rank information for authors in ideas and product updates. We will soon be adding it for replies in the coming weeks as well.
