Issue: Ranks were rebuilt but in doing so, triggered an automated email that was set on the ‘New Here’ starter rank to be sent to everyone when they next logged in.
Request for feature change: Add a tooltip on the rebuild notification to suggest to turn off all email notifications on ranks before rebuilding.
