It took some experimentation to determine that the Boolean field named "Report Types” actually means “If true, this is a report marked as Quick Insight":

The inconsistent naming makes the system less intuitive.  Compounding this, the current documentation
(https://support.gainsight.com/gainsight_nxt/Reports_and_Dashboards/About/Reports_and_Dashboards_New_Functionalities_and_Improvements_(Horizon_Experience),https://support.gainsight.com/gainsight_nxt/AI_Bot/Sally/Sally_for_Slack/Admin_Guides/Mark_Reports_as_Quick_Insights), does not mention the "Report Types" filter either:

Bottom line: even if updating the docs takes time, having consistent names would be a big win for making things more intuitive and less of a guessing game for us users.

Yes! The label “Report Types” feels misleading when it’s actually tied to Quick Insights, and the fact that the documentation doesn’t clarify that just adds to the confusion. When field names and documentation aren’t aligned, it slows everyone down- especially when trying to troubleshoot or build something quickly.

Even a small update to the label or documentation would go a long way in making things clearer and as Romi said, more intuitive for users.
