Played around a bit with Success Snapshots this morning - hadn’t tried to use it since its last revamp, and it doesn’t appear to have improved - in fact the experience seems to have gotten worse especially around formatting, token mapping, etc.
Has Gainsight thought about just trying to go the other direction and create an add-in/plug-in that allows user to pull/embed pre-defined reports/charts directly into PPT/Google Slides? Leave all the formatting and stuff to the “pros” and just allow users to retrieve/embed reports directly into the template through an integration.

Success Snapshots (in theory) is a great feature, but it’s so painful to try to format something that each time I tried it out, I gave up.
This would be awesome! We’re already sharing these reports via Google Slides, so why not bring them straight into the deck as an embedded linked object that stays updated in semi real-time?
