We connected the SalesForce plug in but it doesn’t not distinguish from Prospect and Client.  The community we have is for Clients only.  I need to be able to filter out the prospects and only import client accounts into the Engagement Analytics Dashboard.
Can we get more selectiveness from the Salesforce import?

Hi @juan.delrio

In the Salesforce Integration App page there is an option to select what customer Accounts in salesforce you would like to be imported (Choose one or more values that identify customer Accounts in your Salesforce instance.)

The article,  the panel explains that this filtering is based on a setup in SF :

To set this integration up, you’ll need to find out which field on the Account object in your Salesforce instance identifies whether an Account is a customer.

Salesforce admins can implement this in several different ways, so make sure you find out the correct field to use. Currently, we only support Salesforce fields with the type ‘picklist’ on the Account object.

I hop it helps to filter out the prospects.
