A customer from Sales Manago reached out with a valuable suggestion to enhance our engagement filtering capabilities.

The idea is to allow users to filter engagements by a searched phrase and add additional filters from the list. This improvement aims to streamline the user experience, especially when managing changes across multiple engagements within a campaign or series.

Implementing this feature would give users more efficient control over their engagements, enabling quick location and modification of relevant engagements, thereby enhancing workflow and productivity.

This would be very helpful as we create more and more engagements in our multiple PX subscriptions. I was going to submit an idea to be able to filter/search the engagement description field. The filtering/sorting available in a GainsightCS dashboard would be ideal. You can sort by a column and use filtering rules to find content. This would make finding an engagement much easier and efficient.
