There are certain features not used in Staircase AI for our business. One of the examples is Chats. I see this in our Sort & Column Topics. Also, when the weekly automated email goes out to the teams this shows up. Would it be possible to disable certain topics etc that are not being used so avoid confusion or show 0 usage?

This ties directly into the account page configuration work I mentioned on the Account page global config idea. Admin control over which widgets and features are visible is coming. The ability to hide things like Chats when your org doesn't use them is exactly the kind of cleanup I’d like to continue building. Logged the request
