Subscription Data

I wish to see these:

• Number of subcriptions (total)
• Number of new subscriptions
• Number of unsubscriptions

I hope to see those metrics within a certain timeframe. Whole community level + category level as well.

Would love to be able to see users subscribed to the Product Updates section. Our Product Marketing team is taking ownership of the Product Updates feature and will likely want to view this information and share with our product team.

Also how can we facilitate when users reach out to us about not getting specific notifications. We can’t verify if they are subscribed or not right?

Would be great to see who is subscribed to see these engagement metrics to report on.

We are working on a new out of the box dashboard with subscriptions KPIs, but this data is already available for you in the Data Lake and can be analyzed at any time. If you need any guidance how to connect to Data Lake and where to look for this information please have a look at this and this articles. 

It would also be nice if the endusers could see to which boards (or product updates) they are subscribed. They can see their favorite topics, but boards are not visible. It would be nice it it's also implemented for them to see what and where they are subscribed.
