When configuring the Success Plan Type, I would like to be able to make certain fields added there required.

For our current use case, we use Success Plans for customers at risk, and we currently have a field called Closure Summary that is used to describe how the risk was resolved.

As we continue to evolve our processes for other Success Plan Types though, I can see the need for this becoming more and more common.

2 suggestions:

  1. Ability to make fields on the Success Plan Type layout required.
  2. Bonus: Be able to only have the field required when the plan is marked as “Closed”

How is this not a thing yet????
