Feature Request from a CSM at my company:
I have a feature request to propose.
All of the comments have to be entered in Gainsight in English.
Most of my customer calls are in French, which means that I'm also taking the notes in French as it's very difficult to translate on the go while having a conversation with customers.
Currently my process is as follow:
- I take my notes on a Google Doc
- Once the call is finished I review my notes to make sure they make sense (otherwise the translator won't be able to translate propoerly)
- Then I use the Deepl integration in Google Doc to translate the notes in one click
- I quickly check the translation to see if it still makes sense as sometimes it's not 100% accurate
- After that I copy / paste everything in the Timeline in Gainsight
