In our community the Community Manager is also the main Admin for the community. I assume that this is the case for many others too :)
I've noticed that in the control environment some features are restricted only to admins or community manager primary roles. One of these is the phrases tool. What this causes is that I need to switch my account between different primary roles depending on what I need to do from the control environment. Small but somewhat annoying thing 😃
I suggest that at least the phrases tool would be opened to both user roles in the control environment like it already is on front-end.
