User Group- level admin

Dear team,

our user groups are managed by different departments in the org and it takes a of of bandwidth from small community team to manage the user groups approvals and posts for them.

A user-group level admin role would be greatly appreciated to be able to publish articles, create user group based events, add and edit posts form other users. all this without interfering with whe whole community control panel.
