I want to automate specific steps based on the addition or removal of a custom user role
In order to
- Save time and steps
- Eliminate the risk of user error or inconsistencies
- Build an AI agent or process automation
So that I can ensure a consistent experience for users with that role
Example Use Case: Customer churn
- Bulk add of custom role “Churned”
- Subsequent steps to take for the user’s account or posts might include:
- Add/remove additional custom roles
- Ex. Remove “Customer” role
- Change username (if they used their personal name, for example)
- Delete avatar
- Close and/or archive open questions
- Add moderation tags or label to users’ posts’
- Remove votes from existing Ideas (to focus on existing customers, etc)
- Add/remove additional custom roles
