Webhook Events for Custom Role Added or Removed on User

As an Admin…

I want to automate specific steps based on the addition or removal of a custom user role

In order to

• Save time and steps
• Eliminate the risk of user error or inconsistencies
• Build an AI agent or process automation

So that I can ensure a consistent experience for users with that role 

Example Use Case: Customer churn

1. Bulk add of custom role “Churned”
2. Subsequent steps to take for the user’s account or posts might include: 
   • Add/remove additional custom roles
     • Ex. Remove “Customer” role
   • Change username (if they used their personal name, for example)
   • Delete avatar
   • Close and/or archive open questions
   • Add moderation tags or label to users’ posts’
   • Remove votes from existing Ideas (to focus on existing customers, etc)
