I have a question about the ability to use Journey Orchestrator Tokens to generate dynamic paragraph content based on pre existing conditions. Basically, is it possible to have a digital outreach with 'body paragraph' tokens, that are populated based on usage telemetry.








I have tried applying a Rich Text Area data type to a string token and it results in populating the token with "TEST".








What are best practices for reducing the amount of email template variations (language, dynamic content, cross sell vs up sell)?

I'm curious how to assign stages to our customers? We've configured our stages, but I wasn't sure where to start with assignment? Is there documentation or can you guide me?
