When we have multiple relationships under one account, we'd like to roll up the overall lowest relationship score as the overall account score.
We have a relationship/customer report/dashboard that shows all measures and the overall score. We assign accounts to our CSM's as a user lookup field on the Account Record. How can I create a adda filter to show a report of account/relationship scores per CSM. This will help each CSM see their accounts and scores easier
Is there a way to assign multiple SFDC customer contacts to a relationship and use the advanced outreach to send emails to?
I'm pretty new to Gainsight and was wondering if someone could please explain a question I have regarding user lookups.
We have a field on the Customer Info object (CSA) that is a lookup to the User. I have a bionic rule pulling a User ID field on the Account and mapping it to the Customer Info: CSA field. When I run my rule in test mode, it's successful, but it's displaying ID's instead of names. Those ID's (18 characters) are for active users in Gainsight (and have the SFDC User ID on their Gainsight user record), so I'm not sure why it's showing the ID's instead of the name.
