Hey there,

We have enabled the Account Hierarchy in our Customer 360 pages. Wanted to explore some questions about how to best use this feature.

If a 'parent' account has multiple children:1) Does the children's adoption metrics roll-up (sum/average/other) in the parent level 360? 
2) Do the health scorecards update for each parent based on their children's metrics? 
3) If these can't be seen in the parent account metrics--could we create a report within our site so we can track these items?

I'd also like to see a couple of example use cases regarding the Power List area "Which meets the additional criteria from Contacts" Calculated Fields.

• When is the best time to Comparison calculations? What type of templates might this be used with?
• When is the best time to use Aggregation calculations?What type of templates might this be used with?
