Hello Baji,

I have a meeting starting at 1pm on Thursday but will join as quickly as I can - likely around 1:30pm. Apologies for this. 

I ‘d like to ask some advice please around health score and Relationships. We run health score at both levels but don’t have all the data feeds set up at the R360 level e.g. Product Usage and Support so we’re not able to measure these KPIs at the R360 level, only C360 level. 

However, where we have only 1 relationship per Customer, the healthscore is really the same for both (in business perspective). In Gainsight, from IT perspective, we have two and two different ones as they look at different KPIs.  How can I set up the health score/metrics/R360s/C360s so that where we have only 1 R360 for one C360, the score is exactly the same.

 

The same principle actually needs to apply to other elements like CTAs, Success Plans, Contacts etc. People don’t want to duplicate efforts in having to record the same in two different places -  I always direct people to the R360 (as we need to have the Retailer Global view) but is there a way we can combine not just the health score but everything into one place?
