Hi Baji,
I need your help building out an object that has a bunch of calculations in it. The rule I am using is not populating the object in the manner I expected. I'll email you the details of what I am trying to achieve if that helps. Thanks!

Another one, I need to figure out a rule that can assign accounts rotationally between two csm's who both operate in the same region. Thanks!
Hey Baji,
I have 2 questions on different gainsight functionalities,
1) syncing to salesforce - when syncing activities in gainsight to salesforce it seems that by default it syncs to the account object. is there any way to sync it instead to child accounts or other objects where the activity would be more relevant?
2) Is it possible to make fields in related lists editable? for example, If a CSM has a list of open renewal opportunities in salesforce, could they be able to edit the stage directly in gainsight?
thanks,

Hi Faelan, a few other customers have requested this previously. Whilst Gainsight doesn't have an assignment model as a feature, a potential solution using Salesforce has been documented that may work for you.
