I have several questions which I hope you can help me answer:

1. Do you have any tips around calculating Net Revenue Retention in Gainsight?
2. What is the best practice way of handling Renewal CTAs?  Should we add the total contract value or only the change in value in the “Amount” field?
3. In one of our reports, we are visualizing storage data. Currently, the reports show the raw data (e.g. 838,860,800). I would like to transform this to have it be in GB (e.g. 800). I can't seem to find a way to do this in the Report Builder. How can we achieve this?
4. I would like to create a white space analysis report for the CSMs to use. Do you have some tips about how we could do this? Perhaps you have some examples of how other customers have done this?
5. Why do I get an error when trying to aggregate a dropdown field in a report? It doesn’t make sense to me that I cannot use this in a report. Specifically, we have a dropdown for Industry and I want to create a report that visualizes our customers by Industry and Market.

Hi Baji,

During a contact clean up project, I identified just under 10k contacts we have in Person but not in Company Person. What is the best way to remove these from the Person object?
