Gainsight CSA

Hi,

I have created a report in CS, and have put the link in an email template to send our via Journey Orchestrator - In the table the subject field is a link that can be clicked on - is there a way I can make this clickable in the email?

Thanks,

Jackie

Topic: Data Designer and Gainsight PX data

I would like assistance with identifying a user’s first action in a specific product. We have 9+ products and we need to identify the first time each user accessed a product. We do not see product specific details within the Tracked User object so I would like to discuss what other reporting options we have.

hi! is this in BST?

Hi! Yes, the scheduled time — 1:00 to 2:30 PM UK Time — is in BST.

Hi @jjarvis ,

To make the Subject field a clickable link in the report, you'll need to:

  1. Create a custom object and load your desired Timeline data into it.

  2. For the Subject field, create a Rich Text type field.

  3. While loading the data to this custom object, format the subject as a hyperlink and store it in the Rich Text field.

  4. Then, build your report based on this custom object.

  5. Finally, use this report within your Journey Orchestrator (JO).
