How does Gainsight communicate CSQLs to Sales?  Can it automatically build the Opportunity in SalesForce?

How does Gainsight communicate CSQLs to Sales?  Can it automatically build the Opportunity in SalesForce?

@travis_floyd Gainsight CSQLs can be communicated as an email to sales and also integrated as a Lead to Salesforce. The Lead can then be converted to an Opportunity in Salesforce.


How does SFDC permissions/licenses come into play while creating leads? What is the min type of SFDC license required

If you want to integrate CSQLs as Leads to Salesforce, at minimum you will need one Salesforce user with access to creating Leads in Salesforce. All your CSMs can use this one Salesforce integration user to send Leads to Salesforce.


Hi all! With regard to CSQL, we’ve have the exciting opportunity to access this capability first and would be happy to share our internal experience in deploying it. 

 

Currently, the out-of-box capability covers emails to sales and a LEAD into Salesforce. It's also flexible enough for you to trigger the creation of an opportunity with some customization (we did this ourselves and are happy to show you how). Out of box capability to create an opportunity is coming soon.


What is the timeline for the new features that were discussed today? Which ones are included in base NXT and which will be additional add-ons?

Customer Success Qualified Leads (CSQL) is available with both SFDC and NXT editions.
