Thank you to those who attended our Ask ME Anything Roadmap edition last night with @Pawel and @Alex Campos.
Here is the recording of the session.
I also want to remind everyone of the Safe Harbour statement. This webinar and our discussion may include plans, predictions, estimates or other information that might be considered forward-looking. All forward-looking statements are subject to risks and uncertainties that could cause actual results to differ materially.
We also had many questions in the Q&A . I will work to get those questions that were not fully addressed done so here on inSpired.
I hope you found it useful and we will make sure to repeat at the end of the next quarter as well.

During the session you asked:
For Custom Pages — will the permissions for each category pull forward? (ex. If you link to a category/page with limited permissions, will it show for everyone or just those with permission to see it?
The response from @Sudhanshu
It will only show for those who have permissions. A post from a gated category will not show to ones without the permission. The category with no access will neither be shown in navigation nor in the category widget. If the link is shared via quicklinks, the category will show a 401 error message.
@erin.brisson
I currently feature 3 tiles on our homepage manually as new content is published. However, if a post is part of a gated category, and a user is not logged in, it will only show 2 tiles instead of 3. Will the dynamic content widget ensure 3 tiles are always shown?
Answer:
The behaviour would be the same. If the user role "not logged in" doesn't have access to a category then content from that category is not displayed.
I have let it be know that preferred behaviour would be to have “padding” of relevant content, rather than an empty space.
@beneditacss
You asked during the session.
Any plans to give the ability to filter the "Audience" dashboard by user role like in other dashboards?
I suggest you add your voice to the discussion. That said, we are planning big changes in reports this year so maybe we will be able to tackle also Audience dashboard.
@Alistair FIeld thanks for coming back to my question, appreciate it Unfortunatel I can't open that link, it shows an error
Thanks a lot, I have to say that I liked almost everything what I just saw when I looked the recording! Exiting times, so many improvements and enhancements are coming, looking forward. I was suprised you have used my comment in the presentation
I have several questions, for example is there any new betas to join?
How about the CS Data to enrich User Profile, is it possible to use with the b2c members (customers) as well?
If so, I have more questions:
Are the “profile fields” something I can choose (freely) what fields are in use?
If you ever had a profile with us, there's no need to create another one. Don't worry if your email address has since changed, or you can't remember your login, just let us know at community@gainsight.com and we'll help you get started from where you left.
Else, please continue with the registration below.
