Hello everyone!

This thread is for our special scorecard-specific Thursday Admin Office Hours session on Thursday, April 8, 2021 at 11am PT / 12pm MT / 1pm CT / 2pm ET. We will spend the first portion of this 1-hour session discussing scorecard best practices and will then leave plenty of time for configuration and/or best practice questions regarding your customer health scorecards.

Please submit your questions below as replies to this post in advance if you can, and we'll address them during the session (or if there’s a quick answer available, we’ll post as replies to the questions).

There is no need to register for these sessions - you can join at any time. Once the session is underway, I will go in order of questions posted below first, then field questions from anybody else who has joined as well. Look forward to talking with you!

Yes! We’ll post it here.

@spencer_engel reminder to share the recording here.

Hi Spencer.  Is is possible to configure the user that updates SF objects via the SF connectors or Bulk APIs to be easily identifiable as being the ‘Gainsight User’?  We had a recent case where our Salesforce admins were trying to diagnose the source of some Contact object updates, and they eventually located it back to our GS jobs.  The username we have though is generic, making their research a challenge.

Hello!

Context: we currently are calculating health scores by (1) importing monthly usage data from S3 backet into a data object; & (2) calculating/ setting scores based on different values that the usage data represents.

Problem: we had issues with our data lake and usage data stopped feeding into S3 bucket for 3 months, meaning that we did not get health scores set those months.

Where I need help: Baji advised me to laod the missing data for those 3 months as we normally do using the rule engine, however, I do not know how to “calculate/set” scores retrospectively for those months (i.e., when I run the current “set score” rules, health score does not change).
