Scott,

4 New Account Owner fields were added within Salesforce.  Having trouble populating the 4 new field values within Gainsight QA and Production.

Did add the 4 new fields within Data Management/Company Object and went to Connector 2.0 to map the fields.

They fields are found within C360 layouts but the data within the fields in Salesforce are not being captured within the Gainsight Layout.

Thank you,

Di

Hi Scott -

I’m working through brainstorming a process that would allow our CSMs to capture customer feedback on the customer’s behalf via a survey in Gainsight - i.e. the CSM would fill out the survey on the customer’s behalf.

Somewhat related to this question: How do I make more MDA objects available when configuring linked objects on a CTA? Right now I only see two available where as I see pretty much every SFDC object available to me. Thanks!

My apologies @dhastings and @spencer_engel -- I have to cancel today’s session as I have to be away from my desk for a while (not planned) - I will try to answer what I can later today via the thread here -- sorry for the short notice, but I’ll be in touch --

Hi Scott,

Hope you are doing well! I am looking to understand the error message “Look up for RecordType field cannot be resolved”. We implemented Renewal Center in summer 2023 and have been troubleshooting a few workflow issues between our Salesforce instance and Gainsight. There used to be a different record type name several years ago in the opportunity object but that name was removed and now we have Renewal Center and ran into data sync issues between the SFDC Opportunity Object and the GS Opportunity Object. My hunch is to delete these records in both SFDC and GS but would like to understand from your POV. Thanks so much!

Apologies @jaw - I had to cancel office hours on short notice today but will try to reach out tomorrow -

Scott
