Hi,

We are looking to load data from SFDC into the Opportunity Object, specifically to leverage AI to better inform our scorecard. A few questions have come up during this process:

  • Are there a minimum number of fields to include to begin this process?
  • Are there specific fields you would recommend using to get the most out of the Opportunity Object? 
  • For fields like “target amount” “Forecast amount” or “Final Amount” within the Opportunity Object, are there certain values that you feel might fit those fields best? i.e using ACV in the Forecast Amount 

For added context, we intend to capture things like ACV, ARR, Loss/Win Reasons, etc.

Hi, I need to create a new Success Plan template that is the combination of two existing Success Plan templates. I can clone the first one but can I add the CTAs from the second to the new cloned template? Or do I need to re-create each CTA?

We are currently exploring the possibility of enabling additional CTA Types for Success Plan CTAs.

During my testing in the Sandbox environment, I associated two different CTA Types with one of the Success Plan Types. I immediately noticed that the “Objective Category” field was missing. I reckon if I pursue adding this field through Cockpit administration, it would be visible to CSMs whenever they create a CTA, even outside of a Success Plan.

I would like to understand the potential downsides of associating other CTA Types with Success Plans.

Hi Scott! If time allows, I’m interesting in picking your brain on something custom that I’m trying to achieve. I’m trying to create a custom string field that uses a formula to concat multiple fields together but the fields that I want to use are currently drop down fields so the formula isn’t recognizing them. I’m curious if there is a creative way to make it work! :)

Hi Scott.  I have a string value that is coming in from SF in a rule that is mapped to two different fields one of which is a dropdown in a rule action.  The other field is a string field.  New values were added to the dropdown and record updates were made in SF yesterday.  The rule ran overnight.  The dropdown field did not execute as expected.  Just wondering if I missed a step or if this is something I need to raise a ticket on.

Hi ​@mike sage -- haven’t forgotten you -- was pulled into 2 other calls immediately following office hours so just tracked it down.

The P360 is in Open Beta, so anybody can now set it up and make it available to users -- you should be able to see the P360 option in the left slideout where you go to configure C360/R360, Rules, etc.

 

NOTE: The documentation is still set to “semi-private” which is why I couldn’t put my hands on it - we will fix that shortly - but in the meantime, these links will work for you so you can read up and decide if this is the right path vs. adding a report to a dashboard and having them search there . . . I still think, though, that Phone Numbers will be particularly difficult . . .
