Hi Scott,

 

I believe that I’ve found the Community article on adding URL’s via concat but as you suspected, it looks like it will take a little bit of manipulation to work. I have a report setup that we can work with.

Hi Scott, these are my questions:

  1. Rules Engine: How do I correctly link a Timeline entry back to its corresponding Success Plan in rules engine? I have a live rule that I can show how I’m currently linking but I’m not sure it’s correct.
  2. Surveys & Tracked Links: I created a test survey with trackable links, sent it to myself, clicked on multiple links in the email. Where do I find the tracking info? I can see how to get to the “Last Email Link Clicked” by recipient from the “AO Participant Activity” object (per your recommendation on Tuesday’s call), but not ALL the links that were clicked (there are 3 links and I clicked 2 of them).
  3. JO emails: If I embed a report (inline), it is formatted with blue background in the column headers. Is there any way to change that to another color? The color branding scheme for my company just looks awful & disjointed with those blue column headers in the same email.
  4. JO emails: If I embed a report (inline), it only shows the first 5 columns in the report. I need to show 7 columns. Is there a way for me to configure this, or can GS Ops change a setting on the back end to allow it? I think it should be up to us to rationalize “# of columns” vs. “is the report readable?”, not have it enforced by the application. That’s what testing is for.
  5. JO emails: If I configure the “from” email address to be a email address from my company’s domain, our email server are somehow knowing that it did not really originate from our email system and flags it as a potential phishing attempt. Is there any feature that allows me to send JO emails “as if” they truly originated “from” my company’s email domain? if there’s documentation I just need to be pointed in the right direction if there’s not enough time in the call.
  6. JO emails: Is there any way to bcc: a recipient? Also when I use the cc: option, Gainsight appears to send a second copy to the cc: recipient, not the original email w// the cc: person copied. Do the cc: emails and bcc: emails count against the platform email limits?

I have a few questions:

  1. I’d like to create a report that shows which accounts do not have a Success Plan.
  2. Following up from Tuesday, I would also like to create a report that shows accounts with open CTAs that do not have any Timeline entries.

My question is related to the embedded page in the c360, specifically for box. 

What parameters should i use?

are the permissions that are already built into box , will be built in the embedded page or do i need to set them up myself?

Hi @Veronica.Moore   Found it!  Meaning, I found the annotated screenshot I’d done for somebody in the past - hopefully this helps get you a little further along, but either way, we’ll take a look shortly.
