Hi Scott, we are suddenly hitting failures on the rule we have syncing CTAs over into SFDc cases.  We are trying to diagnose if it’s a batch size limit (which from what I can tell we can’t set in GS), but thought of that because it started failing when we hit around 100 CTAs...or if it’s  something else.  

One thing I realized in doing so is that my upsert rule is running on all records every day regardless of whether there has been an update on the CTA.  So I’m wondering if there is a way to filter down to only CTAs that have had an update in the past day.
