Hi Scott. A few things for now:

  1. Looking for guidance/clarification on setting up Outlook Calendar integration with Gainsight CS
  2. Also looking for guidance/clarification on properly setting up email template logging to Timeline via Gainsight Assist (Outlook)
  3. We have a bar chart report with random missing bars, though the counts show at the far right of the bars. Wondering how I might be able to fix it (screenshot attached)

Due to our organization structure, we do not assign CSM’s to the vast majority of our accounts. As such, there is no one listed from the Provider team in the CSM mapping. Instead we have always loaded those users in a custom Success Rep Full Name field and the majority of our user reporting revolves around that field.  The Reps work cases and campaigns as they come up but are rarely assigned to an account long term. Currently they are unable to use Group Send because no one person is assigned to the account as a CSM.

What we would like to do in the meantime is take the Rep that is listed as “Success Management Rep Full Name” and duplicate that name into the CSM Name field without re-mapping the fields/object where that Rep assignment is synced to now as that would create a reporting slew of issues.  Can we create a Rule that says update CSM = Success Assignment Rep. If it’s blank, you can leave it blank, if it’s populated, duplicate that name in the CSM field.  I’ve not been able to find an example of how to set up this rule now.  I would assume I’m using an Update Rule to do this but I want to make sure I have the right fields chosen to update to ensure it’s done correctly.

Hi,

I am trying to accomplish the following and don’t know where best to have users store the data and the best way to get it out of Gainsight.

-I need multiple rich text fields with bullet points based on a template if possible.

-I need data to be pulled from where every these rich-text fields are, plus the company object.
-I need the data in a specific field of a table to be colored Red, Amber, Green based on a value entered into Gainsight.
-I need the row of a table to be colored Red, Amber or Green based on a value entered into Gainsight.
-I need to have an email generated on demand that has tokenized company name in the email title, has the table embedded with color coding in the field and also has the same table attached as a pdf.  Table is made up of individual values like Company, ARR, and then multiple rich text fields.  One value will determine the color of one of these values.
-I also need a weekly report that shows values this week, based on a certain filter vs. values last week.  Depending on the value the whole row of a report must be a particular color and will have multiple rich text fields.  I need this embedded in the email body.  I actually have 2 reports, one saying this company this ARR is in this status this week and right next to it the status it was next week.  The other one will be the one with the colored rows and multiple rich text fields.  This is a weekly report.
