Hi Scott.

 

We’re looking to stand up Email Templates via the Gainsight Assist add-on in Microsoft Outlook (CSMs are currently using Gainsight Assist to log emails to Timeline). We’re starting things off with a CSM pilot group first to kick the tires, test functionality and successful logs to Timeline, etc. before rolling out to the larger team.

 

With the email templates selected to view via Gainsight Assist, is there any way to restrict the templates so they only show in Gainsight Assist for the pilot team CSMs OR is it an “everyone or no one” situation?

I would like to track any changes made to the email address on the Person record and I have a few questions about the best way to set this up.
