Hi Scott, I have what I feel like should be a simple rule but can’t figure it out.  We have an “at risk product” field listed on CTAs.  I also have a dropdown field called “product family” that I want to auto-populate based on the chosen at risk product.  I.e. if at risk product is A or B, product family populates as X.  If at risk product is C, product family populates as Y.   I only see in rules how I can update fields to a particular value with no logic/mapping options.

Hi Scott,

I'm sharing data weekly using a report I built from a Data Designer object. Unfortunately, there are multiple duplicate records in the report (in all columns, or at least the ones I'm interested in) so I have to manually export and dedupe every time before sharing. I would like to have this report clean and as it should be in Gainsight (without the duplicates) so that I can either share the report on a schedule weekly and/or create a dashboard. I'm hoping you can provide some guidance on how I can clean this up in Gainsight (I'm assuming in the DD) as so far, I'm striking out in figuring out what random field could be the guilty party and/or why this is happening.

Scott,

Help with a Rule which updates the Salesforce Temp and Gainsight Scorecard Sentiment when an Identified Risk CTA is created - that part of the Rule works great.

The issue is when both values are already Red - no Action should be taken - just not sure how to code for this.

Thank you,

Di

Hi Scott,

I need some guidance on a query I’m using in 2 programs.

Thank you!
