Hi Scott,

I’d like to talk about the functionality of automatic NPS milestones.

Morning Scott,

I’m running into difficulty building a data designer as a “monitoring system” for one of our JO Programs.

In an ideal state, this Data Designer would help produce a report that shows how many people who should have received an email but did not receive one. I was able to achieve this with one of my DDs, but the other has completely stumped me.

Looking forward to it!

Hello there! I’ve got a couple things regarding - you guessed it! - Person data. One is a best practice question about how to handle Company Person records that are no longer valid (since Timeline still shows Person records marked as “inactive” on the Company Person object).

The other is a related configuration question where I’m trying to figure out a scalable way to build a dataset where I can identify the correct GSID for a Company Person record. For example, in the below screenshot, I have a contact that I’ve identified as an orphaned Company Person record (highlighted in orange). What I want to do is associate the “correct” GSID on that same record in a new field, but I’m having trouble figuring out how to merge such cases. To make it more fun, sometimes the orphan has email in common with the “correct” record, and sometimes it has “contact ID” in common. (Or other times, neither one! in which case I’m presumably SoL.)

Hi Scott,

Hopefully two easy items today:

  • Playbook Tasks randomly re-ordering in Success Plan
    • UPDATE: I figured this out, there is a setting under Admin / Task for the Task Display Order. We want Playbook Order, so I updated that.
  • Add Year - 2024 - to a JO Program - CTA Subject Name
    • Will this mess with previous year's CTA's - Do we really need to put the year in the subject line?
