I have a JO program that sends emails based on data I upload via CSV to a custom object. This is a monthly process. Next month I have to delete all data in the object and upload the next month’s data for sending of emails again.

I would rather not have to delete the previous month’s data. I could add an “Email Sent” flag to the custom object, for example, and update my JO participant source to pick records where “Email Sent” != True. But then, once the emails are sent, _how_ do I update “Email Sent” = True? Can that be done directly by the JO after the emails are sent? I don’t see any options in the JO config for such a task.


Hi @sdrostgainsightcom !  I have a bit of a puzzle at my new company.  There are depenedent drop-downs on the Timeline, and no one knows how they were created and they need to be updated.  Hoping you can help solve the mystery!

I’m wondering if you or other folks on the call have a well-established process and/or template for Gainsight auditing. The direct request is to “think of a weekly GS audit process (with audit checklists) to check if everything is functioning as it should”. This feels like it could be quite a heavy lift without the right approach (or even with the right approach I suppose), so really just looking for any tips or advice.

Hi Scott, a new question: in a JO email, is it possible to have a single inline Y/N question (trackable) without incurring the overhead of a full survey configuration?

For example, “Is this email useful?”, followed by clickable Y/N or thumbs up/down responses.
