Question : how to create a count report for multipick list field


Question about a rule. Will explain


Creating a rule in GS to load health score Overall Score (Account) to SFDC Scorecard Fact object (JBCXM__ScorecardFact__c). 

I can’t see to choose the SF object to create the load action, and I can’t seem to be able to add the object in Rule Settings / Permissions (Load Actions).

Is it different with JBCXM objects in SF? (I know we used those objects when I was at a previous company that was on the GS SFDC platform) 

Also, I need to be able to have our Leaders who are not in GS (they are in SF) see the Overall Health Score. Trying to find the best way to do this, quickly.

General topic is around configuring CSQLs on the Salesforce sync (not gainsight only) I can provide more details on the call, but my main ask is if there is any insight as to what fields are syncing back to a SFDC opportunity and how to avoid constant sync errors.


Hi @sdrostgainsightcom , I’m headed into meetings soon but want to get my office hours questions for today (March 12, 2024) in line before I’m unable to. The post for today has not been started so here are my questions:

  1. I have 2 bionic rules that I believe are not needed, want to review with you. If not needed then I am going to delete them rather than convert them to Horizon.
  2. Review: How to find out which accounts have turned from non-red to red recently. I have a prototype data designer that we can walk thru for feedback / corrections.
  3. JO email templates – preview is not selecting the right template ’version’, what am I doing wrong? I also submitted a support case # 305171 Sandbox: 2 Problems with JO Email Program.

Hello @brian.okeeffe -- circling back to answer finally -- yes, Thursday US admin office hours is always in this same 2pm ET/11am PT timeslot.
