I would like to get some thoughts around setting up actions based on multiselect values in a rule. Thank you.

Hi Scott, I have two questions

  • What is the best way to stop new a program so that the audience already in the JO complete the process but no new records are added? The unique criteria fields are Company ID and email.
  • Using date criteria and the difference between Last N Days and Subtract N Days from Run Date. In a JO Last N Days can’t be used in the criteria.

Hi Scott - to stop a JO Program adding to the audience but have it continue to process the audience already in the JO Program, update the Schedule end date. The program will continue to process the current audience until all have gone through the program but nothing new will be added.
